I had an incident last week, where I was sent a message to vote for someone.

Unbeknownst to me, when I used steam to login to vote for this person, they apparently were then able to send text messages as me and spam everyone on my friends list, and then blocked everyone.

I reset my password and had steam log me out of all locations, and everything is fine now.

Sorry, about the spam, even if it wasn't me. It was my fault for being dumb and voting for any of this CSGO crap. It wont happen again.
