During CEOtaku (Orlando's yearly "anime" fighting game tournament gathering) MangaGamer announced Ougon Musuo Kyoku is coming to Steam in English:

Thanks for being in this group. It's been years since I've posted an announcement, and Mormel is taking over. I'd like to invite all of you to join "doujinsoft addicts", a community for helping Japanese games, especially indies, find an audience on Steam. Niche anime/poverty fighters are growing on Steam quite fast, and Steam groups like this give us the tools to find matches with each other and keep these small communities alive for as long as we want to. When Ougon on Steam comes out, we'll see what the community looks like, and I hope to take on some of you guys again.
