OrionXYZ's eSports Team

THIS IS ORION ESPORTS

As the team's leader, I'd like to take the time to say welcome to the group. Our team is part of the aforementioned organization known as OrionXYZ, and this team is obviously eSports focused. I play on the team myself, and I oversee all tournament entries for our team and things such as this.

In line of my duties as team leader, I am obliged to oversee tryouts for the team whenever 5 players are lined up for trial. If you or someone you know wishes to tryout for our team, do not hesitate to contact me.


As members of the communities behind the games we play, we play for mainly the love of the game. We do not play solely for financial gain, however prize pools are a great addition to incentivize our players.


Orion's current game pool is as follows:

- League of Legends
// This game covers the strategy/MOBA lovers on our team

- Counter-Strike: Global Offensive (hence the Steam group)
// This game covers our FPS players out there

- Vainglory
// Another MOBA

These are the games we play, only three, but we're definitely looking to expand our horizons!


- HeRo (Malachi)
// Team leader, plays all of the above games (on all three teams)

- Vulcan (Michael)
// Plays Counter-Strike and League, functions as the Mid-laner for League and Rifler for CS

- gZero (Gabriel)
// Malachi's brother and plays all three games. Plays as a supporting role in all games

- Canadian Dweller (Malko)
// Plays League of Legends and functions as a Mid-laner/Jungler

- Lagoon (Matthew)
// Plays League and CS, functions as AD Carry and Rifler

- Shock (Meakoda)
// Plays League and CS, functions as Support and AWPer

- GhostlyGore (Natalie)
// Mainly plays League, but plays some CS, functions as a Support/Mid-laner
