the openmind Gaming Steam Profile

The openmind Gaming (ab. omG) was established in 2004. In the first quarter of 2005 the rosters of both starLike and openmind merged together to create a line-up that could compete at the highest european level.

After the merge, the newly formed roster placed 3rd in the inaugural Euro/Opencup in 2005 held by Clanbase only to be outplayed by mTw on de_cbble at the aim of Blaze.

Roster: mKaaru rainier ecko maff scoob and fix


Having placed third in the inaugural Euro/Opencup, the team was given an offer from the syNergy Gaming organisation (syc) to represent them as their CS:Source division. During this move we unfortunately lost ecko and fix but gained two strong additions in Cavemand and Neonice. Both scoob and myself wanted to preserve the name and reputation of openmind Gaming and acted as "Supervisors" while adding a CS Source team who would eventually dominate the european scene and later become known as fnaticMSI.
