I've created some cheats to make testing easier:

-wtfmode => no cooldowns and 1k manareg
-gold x => you receive x gold (500 if no x given)
-lvlup x => x lvl ups (1 if no x given)
-repick hero_name => your hero changes (lvl 1 0 xp 0 gold)
