3. Must have strategy and skill.

To qualify to become a moderator, and so a member of the "team:"

1. Must play well in consecutive games with the team.
2. Must fit in nicely with our way of playing.
3. Must be willing to use a NLG profile picture.
4. Must be a good sport.
