Even if you wanna just run solo, teamspeak is not that taxing to keep running, or manage yourself in. Starting it up before going in-game helps everyone find a buddy, and shows to me you are looking to be a team player.

I kick people who cant use TS, or are not willing to. It is a rule to have it, but not using it all the time is simply frowned upon. So do not worry if you are THAT guy. But a non-user? No. Done. Gone. Easy as that.

dont see you guys around much probably cause of timezone and work.

No server yet really. Until they have more, and more stable servers, we'll just get together in TS and decide.
