I really like the CEVO config :( it makes me play better

The listening server CEVO config is ready! Changes include: no health kits after saferoom, tank on every level (after first), witch every level, faster jockey recharge, more pills/adrenaline, tank spawns at the same time, and more. If you want to add/remove features, comment away.
