We want hostages to spawn in different spots each round

The way cs_/hostage maps are set up, mp_hostages_spawn_same_every_round is set to 1, meaning hostages will remain in the same spawn spots till the remainder of the match. By setting the value to 0, hostages spawns will change EACH round, forcing the terrorists to adapt their play style each round instead of camping behind smokes and molotovs to run down the timer. Hostage spawns can be CT favored or T favored. Adding randomization to each round as opposed to randomization for each match will hopefully make the experience less stressful for players having a hard time attacking or defending.
