RAFFLE RULES

Raffle Host DOES NOT have to tell anyone when raffle is over.

Raffle Host DOES NOT have to tell anyone how many entries there are or are left.

Raffle Host CAN deny a member wanting to host a raffle for any reason.

Raffle Host CAN only take 20 percent of the raffle earnings if the item is kept with the owner

Raffle Host CAN'T take more than 15 percent of the raffle earnings if the item is given to the raffle host.
