I don't think so. I heard it in a TF2 server, and the sort of ♥♥♥♥ that was in there didn't sound like it'd belong in L4D. There were ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ of them, and the spammer at the time was playing them one after another. Pretty much all of them started with 'Did I ever tell you about me and mah friend Keith?'.
