RULES

1. No HACKING items/duplicating items/anything of any kind. This will result in IMMEDIATE BANNING from the server and it will be reported to Steam.

2. Be respectful to other players.

3. Do not grief others.

4. Do not spam global chat.

5. Keep chat and your character name clean. Do not use excessive language or racial slurs.

6. Sieging ONLY between the hours of 8pm - 10pm PST.

7. Sieging when the defenders are offline is discouraged, but acceptable. However, it is not acceptable to destroy their buildings if they are not online to defend (break through just enough to gain entrance).

8. Give new players a chance to get settled - aka at least 24 hours.

9. No excessive picking on one group for an extended amount of time.

10. NO KILLING of sleeping people allowed at any time!

11. In-game currency to buy items from the stores in the neutral zone is diamonds and Tears of the Gods. The neutral zone is off limits to attack or to be robbed at all times. The neutral zone is marked with a wall all the way around it. Those who choose to live there must live in a prebuilt home and run a shop predefined and built by admins. NO BUILDING IN THE NEUTRAL ZONE ALLOWED! YOU MUST BE APPROVED BY A ADMIN FIRST TO LIVE THERE!

12. Players are able to bring people to the torture chamber (to the executioner) to be publicly executed.

13. Listen to Admins, as they call what will happen when a rule is broken.

14. Most offenders will be given at least one chance of rehabilitation before being banned from the server. These punishments may consist of time spent in prison and/or paying a fine in resources. Death Match redemption may be called by any offender after sentence is handed down. If the player wins in the arena a two-on-one match against two players of the admins choice, the sentence will be commuted - a loss will double the sentence. This DOES NOT apply to Capital Offenses such as Hacking *See Rule #1

15. No block building outside of walls to jump inside a base.

16. No building around or blocking the tax chests.

17. Realistic Mechanics. No floating buildings or blocks supported by an unnatural structure. Gravity works here.

18. No building in the area of the Kings throne (this includes placing beds).

19. Building on the bridge is only accepted where the current wall is, and it can only be to replace the blocks destroyed to gain access.

20. No building structures around resources. A few Flax spawns are fine, but common sense shall dictate what is considered abuse in this regard. This will be moderated by the Admins.

21. The arena maybe used by anyone, however it is for willing and able contestants that want to and agree to fight each other. Bets are allowed and promoted on all fights!
