Minecraft fun for Everyone! No griefing.

Alright, I've decided to start up a server, since I've got a great computer and connection. I may or may not get some mods, but that mostly depends on how difficult it would be to add them to the server.

I have tested the server, and it runs great, even with large amounts of people. However, you may still get some lag if you live on the East Coast, or a far-off country, because this is an Oregon server. Nothing anyone can do about that. At any rate, you'll still get a lot less than 200 ping.

RULES:
1. NO GRIEFING
1a. This means that you are not allowed to break the blocks of any other player in the server without their permission. Torches are not included in this rule, and are considered property valid for theft.
1b. Griefing will result in a one-day ban the first time, and a permanent ban the second.
1c. If a griefer steals things from you, and subsequently gets banned for griefing reasons, you will be reimbursed of whatever they stole by the admins.
1.d Griefing the spawn area will result in a permanent ban, immediately.
2. PvP is allowed, as long as there is no griefing involved. However, a Spleef arena may be created on the server.
3. Stealing is also allowed, as long as there is no griefing involved.
3a. Stealing placed mineral blocks, i.e. an iron block placed in someone's house, is considered griefing. This, of course, means that if you would like to keep your things safe, you should turn them into blocks and place them somewhere.
3b. Stealing torches from spawn is not allowed.
4. No hacking. This means inventory editing, flying, whatever. No clientside mods of any kind. "X-ray" texture packs are allowed, as they are not mods, as long as they are not used for griefing.
4a. Using "X-ray" texture packs in order to steal things more effectively is not allowed.
