Rules:

1. RESPECT ADMINISTRATION STAFF.

2. Do NOT spam anything, including props/paint/effects/mic/text/etc

3. Do not prop kill/trap/push.

4. NLR (new life rule) is in effect. (unless abused)
YOU FORGET EVERYTHING ONCE YOU DIE, YOU CANNOT TAKE REVENGE ON THOSE WHO HAVE KILLED YOU. YOU MAY NOT RETURN TO YOUR PLACE OF DEATH FOR ALLOTED TIME.

5. RDM (random death matching) is not allowed unless your job truely allows for it. (READ JOB DESCRIPTIONS BEFORE CLICKING ON IT) This includes shooting and still not killing your target.

6. Custom job names doesn't give you special abilities all the time. For example, switching your job to 'Crazed homocidal lunatic' does not grant you permission to go around killing people, YOU WILL BE INSTANTLY BANNED WITHOUT WARNING.

9. Only complain to an off server administrator if the issue is SERIOUS. Complaints of mass RDM or random arresting, isn't serious. DarkRP has a demotion system built into it. Use it.

11. Admin applications: don't call us, we call you.

13. No builing, on, near, or above spawn.

14. An Administrators decision is law. Argue at your own risk.

15. Every building/door/room, must have a keypad or be accessible to other players in SOME way. Jails are exempt from this rule.

16. No spawn killing or spawn arresting.

17. The MAYOR decides RP laws such as gun/drug legality. (CP chief if no mayor present) (PRINTERS ARE ALWAYS ILLEGAL)

18. Prop climb/prop surf is NOT allowed.

19. Any building over 80 props is first on the removal list in the event the server is in a moment of severe lag. ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ will result in a short time out (5-20 min ban)

20. The gangsters agenda CANNOT be followed by the mob boss. It must also not break any MOTD rules.

21. An admin can remove your props if they belive it is lagging. ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ in any way will result in a ban. (if you're confused or upset, kindly ask why it was removed)

22. IF YOUR JOB INCLUDES KILLING PEOPLE, DON'T BE BUTT HURT IF YOU DIE. You will be banned because your ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ is annoying.

23. No killing others while they are building. You cannot instantly claim to be building to avoid a death, that is abuse of this rule.

24. No game exploits of any sort.

There is no excuse for breaking rules. If I get any ♥♥♥♥ for banning somebody, heads will roll.
