Hello everyone, for over a year you have been part of an amazing adventure. A adventure that thousands of others all took part in together.

Ark was originally planned to have been released in June of 2016, with pushbacks, plenty of bugs, and the little support from developers for private communities we have decided to effectively close our support for dedicated Ark Servers until further notice.

Ironbeard Gaming's Ark Servers: 50xPVP, TheCenterPVP, TheIslandPVE, PrimitivePlusPVP and all related servers will be definitively shutdown at September 15th 2016 @ 12:00PM PST.

We know how much time you spent here, the tribes you were apart of, and the people with whom you shared experiences with. We know the strength of these ties, and we also know that they do not need a specific community umbrella to survive. I will keep this discord community server open, along with the steam group so you can still keep in touch with previous Ironbeard Gaming members.

What is going to happen next? At this time, we have no plans for the future. We may consider bringing back our Ark Servers once Ark: Survival Evolved is more polished and is rid of the small but tedious bugs that make this game unbearable for some to play.

Ironbeard Gaming was all about bringing a tight-nit gaming community together. Whether this is what we accomplished or not, we hope that you will keep good memories of the time you spent here. Once again, we can all be proud to have been part of this adventure, no matter how much time was actually spent "in-game". We wanted to thank you, the player and the community for giving us the opportunity to develop the best experience in Ark we could muster. Hopefully in the future we will see you in a future project!

We have wiped the 30xPVP Island server and decided to add a fresh set of mods. You can see what mods were added here: https://i.gyazo.com/b3c8214517283424c37283eb528b6700.png We have also changed rates on our high rate server to encourage fast paced survival progression.

• Taming, Gathering, and XP has been set to 50x.
  
• Increased per level stats on players for Health, Stamina, Weight, Fortitude, and Crafting section-post-related
  
• Increased per level stats on tamed dinos for Stamina, Torpidity, and weight
  
• Resource respawn is 0.5x faster
  
• Plant growth rate increased 2x
  
• Earned XP Multipliers for crafting has been reduced exponentially

Along with the new mod updates we've also updated the IBG Mod Pack and Map Ext. In this update we're introducing a beta for a system that will reward players based on the time they spend in the game. Currently the system is only setup to reward IBG Coins, but in time I will be adding more lucrative ways to be rewarded.

Note that some of the new IBG Map Ext dinos may be spawning a lot, this is something that has to deal with the new way how these dinos spawn in I will be pushing for a fix this coming week!

Looking for a change of pace in the ark? We're proud to announce the launch of our Official Primitive Plus Total Conversion Server! We put this TC on the new The Center map update, so make sure to explore the new redwood biome and gorilla mountains. We've just recently wiped the 30x PVP The Island server today, putting a close to season 12. With Season 13 we plan on adding a lot more features to enhance your playing experience. Here's a few sneak peeks of what's to come:

• Tribe Alliances now disabled in Offline Raid mode (too complex to determine if anyone in an Alliance is around), C4/Traps can no longer be placed near Offline-Raid Protected Structures, and Offline-Raid mode now forces all Structures to be Lockable so that players can "Lock" Crop Plots to prevent their turrets from being disabled.
  
• New Server Option: "?PreventTribeAlliances=true" to prevent tribe alliances
  
• Engagement with Wild Naturally-Fleeing & Small creatures (tiny bugs etc) no longer trigger combat music
  
• Tamed Dinos that are following a submerged allied Target will not attempt to float to the surface of the water, but rather will attempt to stay at the depth of their allied Target. (helpful when deliberately going deep-diving your tamed land Dinos). However, Dinos that are capable of suffocating will try to surface if they are out of Oxygen regardless!
  
• Vaults can no longer be dropped onto saddle platforms
  
• Transfer-All/Drop-All methods now only drop/transfer what is currently disabled in the inventory, respecting any filters/folders you may have active (so for example, if you're within a folder, it will only transfer those items, or if you have a text filter active, etc).
  
• Fixed an issue where pillars were not being calculated correctly as foundations when building pillars downwards
  
• Massive +33% rendering gains with any translucent rendering (particles, greenhouse windows, etc). Yay for eliminating unnecessary SceneColor resolves!
  
• Game.INI values to scale the the 5 kinds of XP earned: Generic (automatic over time), Crafting, Harvesting, Killing, and SpecialEvents: "KillXPMultiplier","HarvestXPMultiplier","CraftXPMultiplier","GenericXPMultiplier","SpecialXPMultiplier" (all 1.0 by default)
  
• Tamed & Wild Gigas Damage reduced by 50%, Wild Giga HP reduced by 40%, Tamed Giga Run Speed reduced by 30%, Tamed Giga HP reduced by 25%, Giga Stamina Increased by 30%. Tamed Gigas now require/consume 50% less food for subsistence.
  
• Tamed Ptero Damage reduced by 30%
  
• Fixed a rare PhysX crash that would bring down servers on occasion. Seemingly free of any more PhysX-crashes now!
  
• Fixed bug where Wild Giganotosaurus and other dinos would not respawn properly until the server was relaunched.
  
• Added two additional levels to gain, for Players and Dinos
  
• Server Note: To allow your Server's Titanosaurs to be permanently tamed (namely allow them to be Fed), launch your server with this commandline option: ?AllowRaidDinoFeeding=true
  
• However, note that TheIsland currently only spawns 3 Titanosaurs whatsoever, so 3 Tamed ones would ultimately block any more Wild ones from spawning.
