Here are the roles and a brief description of them in my own words.

Entry Fragger:
A player who is hungry for kills and is the first to push out to a certain place. Often the most crucial role to lead the team to advance. An entry fragger must have quick reactions, have knowledge of all spots enemies can be, and must make plays on their feet.

Awper:
The main sniper in the team. Must go with the team and listne out ot them. A good awper must have great reactions and be one with the awp.

Lurker:
The lurker is a role in which when the team pushes a, the lurker must go completely the opposite way to b and be very quiet and sneaky, often to catch the rotators. A lurker must know his map off by heart and must know places to hide in.

Support:
The support role may not get the most kills, usually seen on the bottom of the ladder, but is actually the key to the team. He has to be the positivity and must usually be at the back of the pushing line, to help teammates out as they push through. A good supporter must always be calm and never rage. Thats why Xist is always happy

IGL (In Game Leader):
An in-game leader is the aptain of the team, and calls where to go and when to rotate aswell as what wepons to buy etc. He or she maks all the decisions.
