Scorch Shot
+ Removed: Projectile speed penalty


Bonesaw, All-class medic melee unlocks
- Removed: 50% more health from health packs


Solem Vow
- Removed: 10% movement speed bonus, -15% damage vulnerability while active
+ Changed: Increased knockback taken from +30% to +50%
+ Added: 50% more health from health packs


Enforcer
- Removed: On kill: gives 10% fire rate bonus, stacks up to 3 times. Killing different class clears the combo
+ Added: While active: Reduced cloak flicker time when bumping in to an enemy
+ Changed: Increased damage while disguised from +20% to +25%


Third Degree [Experimental]
- Removed: On Teammate Hit: Sacrifice 25 health to them


Syringe Gun
Bugfixes: Fixed counter not resetting properly. Fixed the counter building when hitting ubered players.

Happy to announce that BalanceMod.tf will be hosting NA playsessions every Friday! They will be happening 7:30 PM EST, 4:30 PM PST. We've been doing this for a few weeks now, and we're always happy to have more players join in on the fun :)

For now the sessions will continue to happen on our Seattle #1 server as we continue to work on getting our East Coast server back. The IP to the server will be posted in the announcements for the sessions, so make sure to keep a close eye out for them!
