This is a Revival group for Havoc 9

Some Rules

1. Character Kills (CKs) are enforced by admins, but must be properly roleplayed and premeditated, with a good in-character reason. When CKd your character may not return during the remainder of the server's scenario.

2. Random deaths resulting from roleplay, such as being mugged to death by an unknown robber, or getting caught in crossfire, does not constitute a permanent CK. However, your character should not return to the same scene until the situation is over.

3. Use Common sense, Dont rush cuff/taze.

4. While boosting is allowed try to keep it to a minimum around groups of Players.

5. When working as an MSR Officer you must follow the Lord Commanders Order without question, doing otherwise may lead to getting discharged or execution.

6. Repeat Offenders who do not hide Their identity will subsequently have an APB posted for their capture, if the offender meets an officers presence with violence rather than complying, they may be killed. (CK)

7.If you hide your identity beware, Masked Criminals will be treated like terrorists and shown the full force of the Middle Sea Republic.

8. Do not Kill an officer to free a fellow member of your Organization unless you were at the scene when the crime went down, instead try to negotiate and see if you can assist your friend in some way.

9. If You try to fight someone attempt to outnumber them first to keep it realistic, You're not Rambo.

10. If you find Yourself in a robbery do not run out as soon as it starts. likewise if you are not partaking in the robbery and are outside listen to the Officers' orders and do not run in, disobeying this rule can result in jail time or even a ban.
