Grip and Shoot

Black Guerilla Family is the African American answer to the Itialan Mafia.

Unlike other African American dominated organized crime sindicates. The BGF

started as a fraternal agreement between black inmates who were often in rival

gangs to halt all gang vendedas in order to show stregnth and unity in the

face of White and latan inmates who launched vicious attacks at them.

Proving to be well organized the BGF took control of a large part of the

prision drug and contraband market which upset the white and latino inmates.

However the power of the BGF who had overwhelming numbers was too much for

them to overcome and the BGF was here to stay.

Once released from prison gang members usually go back to their respected

street affilations and non affilated members fade back into society. Very few

hardcore members take a blood vow with the BGF and become life long members.

The BGF is known to induldge in many legal businesses to funnel profits earned

from illegal busines ventures such as drug sells, arms sells, racketeering,

and extortion.

Gang Structure

The BGF hiarchy consist of 5 - 13 board members who vote on major issues. Each

board member has a specfic duty to go along with his title with the Chairman

as the head of the organization.

Rank 1: Thug:
-Requirments:
* must have black skin,
* Must join radio frequency.
* Rent a room at our gang headquarters. [not to exceed 1000]

-Duties:
*run mats and sell to high ranking members for no more then 6 cpu. [this is

the first loyalty test, most players treasure riches over the organization.

Those selfish types will refuse and quit]
* Attend meeting and training sessions.
* Follow orders from ranking members.

-Privdgles:
* as long as you have mats you can have any gun made for you by another

member.
* you will be protected from anyone who attacks you.

Rank 2: Soldier:
-Requirments:
* Must have vent and be able to hear orders given on vent.
* Must be on the forums.

-Duties:
* Relay commands to rank 1 players who are not in vent.
* Driver
* Security Guard [ at hq or at a turf location, not as bodyguards unless

absolutley needed, and only elegible for Zulu if they take ck vow]

-Privdgles:
* gets to buy drugs before lower ranks from crack house.
* if buying drugs from rank 1 the rank 1 must sell it for 500 per gram.
* if selling drugs to any member of the family you can sell it for 600 per

gram.


Rank 3: Sgt.:
-Requirments:
* Must be able to talk in vent.
* Must take ck vow.

-Duties:
* Personel bodyguard for high ranking members.
* Collecting money form people who owe us [Enforcer]
* Make sure soldiers and thugs are battle ready at all time.
* supervise solders and thugs.

-Privdgles:
* Gets to buy drugs from drug locations before lower ranks.
* If a Sgt. is selling drugs he gets 700 per gram.


Rank 4: Black Knight:
-Requirments:
* earn 500k per week for the family by assisting in one of our operations, or

you can petition for our support in starting a new enterprise.
-DUties:
* Over see an operation such as mat running, Managing the drug spot, or

training.
* Give weekly earnings to Treasurer/CFO.

-Privdgles:
* sell crack to BGF members for 800 per gram.
* Can control small crew of hand picked members to help them run their

operations.
* Freedom to run his crew how he see fits.
* Recomend new members.


Rank 5: General:
-Requirments:
* Must be voted in by a majority vote.
-Duties:
* Duty such as Treasurer/CFO,Vice Chairman/War Chief,
* Recruiting [when we become officail]

-Privledges:
* put motion on the table for vote.
* Vote on major issues
* Free guns from lower ranks.
* Free Crack



Rank 6: Chairman:
-Requirments:
* Must be voted in by the board.

-Duties:
* Direct meetings.

-Privdgles:
* Veto motions.
* Put Ck hit on member who has taken the ck vow.
* Release a player from his CK vow.
