Even a life sentence in Low Priority would not be enough. As the group name suggests, this group is solely dedicated to those special players who deserve a report due to their stupid attitude, and their negligence against a straightforward victory.

Rules to inviting these scumbags (MUST READ BEFORE INVITING):
1. The player responds to rational team conversations in an inexorable and stubborn manner.
2. Player throws the game in a dumbfounding, willful way, especially during a time period of your team's game lead.
- Player must be the only one throwing, or enabling their team to kill your team and control the map.
-This rule especially applies in the late game, as deliberate throwing disrespects the time spent in the game due to the player.
3. The player justifies his inadvertence by blaming your team/you immediately upon their fault.
- The player MUST be the only one to blame, with sufficient justification and the entire team's agreement.
- This rule specially adheres to multiple warnings given by team/you pre- ♥♥♥♥ up.

Note that the sincere regulations to invite players to this prominent(ly infamous) group are strict to keep only the worst of players on track.

This group will simultaneously serve as a Hall of Fame to the worst players ever encountered in DotA 2 (even worse than Peruvians).
