Unfortunatally, I have a limited list of suitable resources, mainly in the Russian language and non-gaming thematic (coding, system administation, developin and etc.). So, I want to ask you. What resources do you recommend, where we could tell about our initiative?

Here is discussion. There we try to understand a meaning of these words. I used a Russian combination of words. So, you may add more info or correct me for specificity of your language.

Earlier you could read my announcement about deleting topic and message with our hashtag from the Steam forum. Now I am faced with other troubles. I contact with some users via profile comments. However, for a couple of days I can not write more than 2-3 comments. Suspicious situation with invitations. They stop going. And most surprisingly, the group is absent in the search engines.

С некоторыми пользователями я связываюсь через комментарии профиля. Однако, уже пару дней я не могу написать более 2-3 комментариев. Подозрительная ситуация с приглашениями. Они прекращают отправляться. И самое удивительное, группа отсутствует в поисковых системах.

I'm glad to see that you accepted my invitation. Even I couldn't talk with everyone but very wished. I have sent very about several hundreds of invitation. By solo it's hard enough, but anyone can make a big contribution by completing an easy actions. I would to ask everyone to help me to tell about our problem to other users. If you will tell about trouble with the gift system and possiblity to change this together even to one friend, in total we will get an double effect. If repeat we increase our participants in double size again. So, we will get geometric progression which will have more chance for quick success.
