L'actualité de Global Offensive, le nouveau Counter-Strike

C'est 7 ans après la sortie de Counter Strike Source que Valve annonce la sortie de son nouveau bébé, Counter Strike Global Offensive.

- Sortie prévue pour le 1er trimestre 2012
- Graphismes améliorés utilisant le moteur graphique de source : L4D2 .
- Disponible sur PC/MAC ; Playstation 3 ; Xbox 360.
- Les joueurs s'affronteront entre eux sur PS3 et PC. Les joueurs Xbox 360 faisant bande à part.
- Statistiques individuelles intégrées.
- Gameplay similaire à un mixte CSS et 1.6
- Le niveau des armes rééquilibré.
- Nouvelles armes confirmées : grenade Molotov, Decoy grenade, Taser
- Plusieurs maps de source sont confirmées : de_dust, de_dust2, de_train, de_inferno, de_aztec, de_nuke, cs_ofice, cs_italy à ajouter à la dizaine de nouvelles maps officielles et celles qui ne sont peut-être pas encore confirmées.
