Hey everyone!

I'm proud to announce our very first Competitive Orange Tournament :) It's great to see so many familiar faces! Also a special welcome to any new members, I want to thank you for joining.

Well the tournament will go as follows:

-It will be held over a a two day period, Friday March 6th and Saturday March 7th.

-The first match will start at 9:00 P.M. (Eastern Time Zone)

-So far it looks like we have enough people for 4 solid teams (If we end up with more teams I will adjust accordingly)

-All players names will put into a random number generator, making the teams *Completely Random*

*I will put the teams together EXACTLY as they come out*

-The first two matches will be played on Friday March 6th


-The first two teams (selected randomly) will face off against each other on Friday night @ 9:00 P.M.

-The second two teams will play directly after the first match on Friday the 6th @ approx. 10:15 P.M.-10:30 P.M.

-The result being the 2 final teams :)

-On Saturday the 7th the remaining 2 teams will face off in the finals!


The matches will go as followed:

-The winning team is the first to score 5 TOTAL round wins or the highest score after two halves of up to 30 min each, whichever comes first. The first half will end when one team scores 4 round wins or the timelimit of 30 mins is reached; the second half ends when a team scores the 5th TOTAL round win, or when the second 30 min timelimit is reached. OT: A tied total score results in an Overtime (OT) round, which is played to first round score.

Play the first round until one team reaches (4) Caps, or until 30 mins is
reached. Mark down scores for both teams.

Play the second round until; (A.) one team reaches (5) TOTAL caps, including the ones scored in the first round OR (B.) play until the 30 minutes
is reached and no team has 5 total scored.

The winner is the Team reaching (5) TOTAL first, OR the team with the highest TOTAL score from both rounds. If Tied, play an Overtime short round.

OT: if teams are tied in TOTAL scores after completion of first and second rounds, play a short round where the first Capture of ALL points determines the winner.

There were alot of questions about what weapons would be banned. As many of you know there are conflicting points of view when it comes to certain weapons. I figured I will make it easy and we will follow the same Whitelist that UGC uses for Highlander.

The weapon Whitelist can be found in the link above.

As I promised, there will be gifts given out to all the player on the winning team. And of course a very special gift to the MVP of the championship team.

-Each player on the winning team will receive 1 Mann Co Supply Crate Key and a Specialized Killstreak Kit for the specific class they played

-The MVP will receive a Strange Unusual Private Eye with the Orbiting Fire Effect

(For the record i bought this hat thinking it was an "all class" hat. **DUMBASS** It is multi-class though :p)
