World of Fishing community for all Lads and Ladettes!

Fisherlads is an open, friendly and helpful community in World of Fishing aimed at having a good time and some quality banter with great people.

This community was aimed with the goal to accommodate and commune with all player from all guilds and all game modes (Freestyle, Team Match, Point, Whopper, etc.).

We are soon hoping to expand further with more members, regular Team Match games and the coming guild-based updates to WoF.

Maintenance over and Patch applied!

Heya FisherLads,

WoFs' latest update has been applied and with it has come some welcome, and some not-so-welcome changes.

Many of us are aware of the exploit in which you can get a full tank of fuel by re-purchasing a boat and to rectify this the team behind WoF has decided to make fuel purchasable via C-Coins!!
Good news, right? Well, it comes as a double-edged sword...
To compensate for the lack of incentive to buy Pearls for fuel, they have decided to make all boats' fuel tanks hold less fuel and Pearls boats' fuel tanks more efficient.
The developer/s have also noticed the unreasonably high-cost to higher-level boats and have lowered them accordingly whilst raising the price of some mid-level boats.

*EDIT: From the C-Coins tab in the store, you can purchase 1 Medium Fuel Canister for 5 C-Coins and a 9000pc Repair Kit for 90 C-Coins.

Event Marathon finished and fresh update tomorrow.

With the end of the weekend comes the end of the GM Event Marathon and the return of good ol' fishin'. Hope everyone got plenty of cards, shells and xp from the event!

The World of Fishing official Facebook page has also posted saying that an update will be happening within the next 24 hours along with some server maintenance which should be finished 5 hours after the maintenance begins.

Personally I'm hoping to see some new Guild options and maybe a few various QoL changes (such as a "Remember Me" button on the login screen) but we shall see when the update hits!

TL;DR - GM Event Marathon over, Server maintenance from 3:00am to 8:00am CET along with a few new features.

*EDIT: In the official Steam thread, it has also been announced that a way to purchase repair kits and fuel with C-Coins will be added with the aforementioned update.
