Depending on the interest tonight, we are planning to play probably. At least that's the intention.

We have come to the conclusion that for us, the best day/night to play is on Sunday. That is the only day of the week where the probability of the 4 Dutch players all being online is very high.

Monday til friday is definitely out of the question, due to one of our members working at nights, and other obligations.

Saturday comes close as second, but is still too difficult due to two of our members playing football on sunday morning early, and the third member usually frequently being unavailable on saturday night.

We suggest Sunday as the day for this weekly event. If possible, starting the earliest possible sunday: which is tomorrow 05/03/17.

Our earliest possible start time is 19:30 GMT (it is 20:30 GMT+1 for us).

I volunteer to host the game, as I have all the DLC.

Behaviour:
------------
1. Play fair, no trolling ingame.
2. No ragequitting.
3. If a game has started, then players will remain locked to their country unless they suffer a crippling (game ending) defeat.
4. If a player loses by losing all provinces definitively -- Being vassalised or under a personal union does not count -- the opposing four players choose a different country each and from that pool the player will make a final selection. Preferably not an OP nation at that point of the game, that would be unfair.
5. If any player is in a war he can demand speed 2 or exceptionally speed 1, until the end of the war or a moment he feels the speed can be increased. Normal game speed is 3, but in consensus, it can be increased.
6. Pause at logical moments, when it is absolutely critical (having to go away from PC shortly and in very important events). Preferably use lower speed instead of pauzing, unless it is not advised.
7. Play immersive.
8. After loading a savegame, do not switch countries in the lobby to cheat and see terra incognita. Stick to your own country.

Game Rules:
------------
1. No selling land without a reason and explanation, this can be a quite serious issue that people do not like.
2. No mass Sabotaging your own country.
3. No renaming of countries, provinces and cities, the game does this fine on its own. To prevent immersion issues and trolling.
4. Do not give unrealistic names to Colonial Nations (etc.), preferably stick to the default given. But if you do give a personal name, be realistic and historical plausible.
5. Only nations that are in geographical Europe can be selected by the human players, except when the pool for available replacement nations is less than four.
6. One team shall confine their selection of nations to play to the Northern areas of Europe and the other to the Southern.
7. France, Ottomans, and nations in the British Isles can not be selected by the human players.
8. There shall be one gaming session a week, in a day to be defined, starting in the night time, but not extending past 01:00 GMT unless all players agree on extending gameplay time.
9. Additional gaming days or hours can be defined if there is consensus.
10. In-team communication can be done using preferred team methods (like Discord), but team to team communication will be restricted to in-game chat and English, after game start.
11. If a player is not present 10 minutes after the defined game start time, the game will start, but he can join as soon as a re-host is possible.
12. When a player is not present in the game session, his nation will be protected from wars waged by other human players, except when his absence exceeds a week.
13. AI gameplay due to player absence will not be reverted.

War and Diplomacy:
------------
1. If a human Player has at least 95 % warscore on another human Player, the losing player must accept the next peace deal offered (if you are losing 95%, the war is lost, this rule is to avoid useless time wasting besieging cities).
2. Human Players can't offer a peace deal that is over 100% warscore to another human Player.
3. You can only gift no more than 200 ducats every 4 months to human players, to avoid sending easy free money to people.
4. However, you can freely use loan or subsidies function. It is there for a reason.

Game settings:

1. Play with all DLC and latest official patch, the host will be someone who has all the DLC.
2. Start in earliest possible date (11 november, 1444).

- Difficulty: Normal.
- Lucky nations: Historical.
- Allow players to hotjoin: No.
- Terra Incognito in lobby: Yes.
- Use Dynamic Province Names: Yes (immersive).
- Show monthly ´Tax´ income (on province/map): No.
- Color ´owned´ Wasteland: Yes
- Exclaves use region names (eg. Swedish Kongo instead of Sweden): Yes.
- No limit on Idea Groups: No.
- Fantasy new world: Never.

MULTIPLAYER
- Allow players to play the same country: No.
- Only Host and Observers can save: No.
- Only Host can Pause: No.
- Editable savegame: No.
- Locked Ledger: No.
- Limited Ledger: Yes (hides treasury, income, ships, armies, manpower & sailors in ledger. To prevent abuse in MP about information that should not be known to others. Use your wits and scouted/discovered knowledge (also makes Espionage more viable in the endgame).
- Use Victory Cards: No (useless feature).
- Prevent Nation Ruining: Yes (this option prevents players who have recently lost a war where they were forced to give up core territory from ruining their nation).

CUSTOM SETUP
- No custom nations used.
