F Keys:

F2 - Change zoom mode
F3 - Pause Game
F4 - Autosave
F5 - Change Transparency level for units
F9 - Take a snapshot
F10 - Open game menu
F11 - Toggle Clock/FPS

Generic Hotkeys

TAB - Next idle citizen. Hold down shift + tab to select multiple citizens. (example: shift + tab + tab, would select 2 citizens that are idle)
SHIFT - Select multiple units/buildings
CTRL - Hold and right click, tells units to attack anything in there path
ENTER - Toggles Chat
H - Brings you to your main capital. If hit again it will bring you to your next built town center or capital.

Generic Hotkeys - Units:

L - Sets units on explore. Hit multiple times to make them explore more randomly
P - Stops a command such as units moving or attacking, citizen building, ect.
