minor update

haven't added in halloween quest window yet sorry.. but for now here is:

- killer's weapon ID tidied up a bit, still clips but is better. also moved killer name and hp to center of the screen so you can actually see it now..

- updated scoreboard back to original colours instead of all green, thx valve

unrar and place both files into: HUD\resource\ui
