As you will no doubt be aware, Zefram's head penis has continued growing and growing, and now it is essentially a penis that has a Zefram growing out of it. If any of you have information regarding solutions or potential treatments, please contact me or Zefram immediately

It has recently been brought to my attention that Zefram still has a penis on his forehead. As far as I am aware, the penis has grown considerably in size since the last I brought this matter up.

At this point, he has to tie it back, almost like a ponytail. However, also of note is that the penis now has balls accompanying it, and these hang down in his face, rendering him unable to see properly, unless the balls, too, are tied back.

I call upon the members of DuDLs yet again, to aid Zefram, so that he may be rid of this debilitating and embarassing disease.

As you all should know, Zefram is going through a few problems at the moment.

I know it might be rude to talk about it publicly, but we really need to discuss why he has a penis on his forehead.

Its just really awkward trying to talk to him when all you can think about and stare at is the penis on his forehead.

If anyone has any idea how to get rid of it, and help Zefram in his plight, then everyone will be happy.
