Dr. Gibus here, (please, calm yourselves) and I have an important announcement to make to all you sniveling imbeciles. I know it's a lot to ask of your inferior brains, but listen up! I'll only say this once! The Global Intelligence Base of United Supervillains is a highly influential underground criminal organization headed by yours truly: The Mighty and Ingenius Dr Gibus. For years my attempts have been thwarted by a group of bumbling vigilantes calling themselves the Bonk Squad through a combination of meddling and sheer dumb luck. Well normally you would be absolutely correct, however I have recently come up with a device that will transform you from a pathetic little worm to a vicious killing machine. Modelled after my own headgear, this machine will not only prove fashionable, but will also boost the combat effectiveness of the wearer tenfold.
