We are writing this petition to Valve Corporation, the developer of the Day of Defeat: Source game, with a request to release a new version of this game and to do a decent advertising for it like it was done for Counter-Strike: Global Offensive. We ask to preserve the original gameplay, the World War II theme, different player classes, the unique system of recoil control and the original game maps.

Day of Defeat: Source was released in 2005 and is now outdated in many aspects. Due to the lack of any advertising the game is not that popular as it could be but despite it, it has its unique features and has a large number of fans all over the world. Many people consider it to be the best game ever created for e-sports. Therefore, a lot of players want to see a continuation of the series and do not want Valve to forget about this wonderful game.

We really hope that our request will be heard and Valve Corporation will not disregard their fans. Thus, we are going to collect the signatures of people who are still playing Day of Defeat: Source and support our petition and are ready to buy a new game of the Day of Defeat series.

Wir schreiben diese Petition an der Valve Corporation, der Entwickler des Day of Defeat:Source, mit der Bitte, dass Sie eine neue Version dieses Spieles entwickeln und eine wertige Marktwerbung, wie zum Beispiel für Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, dafür machen. Wir bieten auch, dass sie da das originale Gameplay, die Thematik vom Weltkrieg II, die Soldatenklassen, das besondere Rückschlagkontrollsystem und die originalen Karten behalten.

Day of Defeat: Source wurde im Jahre 2005 auf den Markt gebracht und ist schon abgelebt. Wegen der geringen Werbung ist es nicht so bekannt als es könnte sein. Trotzdem hat das Spiel einige besondere Eigenschaften und es gibt viele Fans vom Day of Defeat: Source weltweit. Viele finden es das beste Spiel für E-Sport. Deshalb wünschen viele Spieler eine Fortsetzung dieser Spiel-Serie zu sehen und wünschen nicht, dass Valve dieses wunderbare Spiel liegenlässt.

Wir hoffen darauf, dass unsere Bitte gehört wird und dass die Valve Corporation ihre Fans nicht unbeachtet lässt. Dafür sammeln wir die Signaturen von Menschen, die Day of Defeat: Source bis jetzt spielen, unsere Petition unterstützen und das neue Spiel der Day of Defeat Serie zu kaufen fertig sind.
