ABOUT Desertia Redux Community

Welcome to Desertia.

DesertiaRP is a Science Fiction Roleplay Gamemode for Garrysmod, based on the vast desert planet where the struggle to survive is a day-to-day ordeal. The year is 2365 AD, and humanity has colonized most of the Milky Way Galaxy, tying scientific development and social expansion with insatiable greed and immoral corruption. While cultures and governments have changed since the nuclear fires of World War 3 and the creation of the GSAF, the struggle of humanity continues on.

The Roleplay takes place on the planet Desertia, a desert planet in the Xenon System 5000 light years from Earth. The citizens of this planet live under the most pressing circumstances: the climate is domineering, the wildlife is unforgiving, and the inhabitants can be as equally contemptuous. On this unforgiving planet, the riches are vast, but its risks are endless. Characters from all backgrounds must meet, unite, and fight for their survival.
