-Charge now has a duration of 1.0/1.5/2.0/2.5 down from 1.5/2.0/2.5/3.0
-Crippler now removes Charge off the crippled enemy. You can still activate Charge while crippled, but it will be cancelled if hit during the Charge.
-Wall of Pain now only snares for the first 0.5 seconds after it's placed. It begins dealing damage to anyone in the wall after 0.5 seconds of existence.
-Wall of Pain now deals 160/192/224/256 damage per second down from 160/200/240/280
-Wall of Pain snare is now 60% instead of 70%.
-Wall of Pain and Energy Drain are now team-colored. If the spell is safe for you, it will show a green effect instead of purple.
-Fixed Crippler not showing the debuff particles for some clients
-Fixed '-dmg' and '-dmgall' output for players whose names began with '-'
-Fixed Wall of Pain damage/snare effect showing particles in the middle of the map
-Fixed HALF and FULL chargers getting stuck charging during the pre-round, making it hard to view ability tooltips

-Added a Tips system. Tips are displayed every round or by typing '-tip' or 'tip ##'.
-Haste Ability has been reworked to be the Charge Ability.
-Charge now lets you move at 1000 movespeed for a short time, but you can't turn quickly for the duration of the effect.
-Magnetic Orb now steals buffs if it strikes an enemy unit, removing it from the enemy and applying it to yourself. The following buffs are stealable: Holy Shield, Vengeance, Scaredy Cat, and Charge
-Ogre Magi and Lone Druid removed due to their dynamic ability bar layout (aghs on Ogre and True Form on Lone Druid) causing them to not have all 6 ability slots visible
