Mah Group for mah friends ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

Hi fellas,
just now someone tried to scam me (dont worry nothing happened to me). Their strategy is, well, interesting in a way it makes the scam kind of legit. The same attempt has been made on a friend of mine, so its not a one-time case.

The one trying to scam me claimed he wanted to make sure my unusual would be listed on opskins (which appears to be a trading site). He said that site is 100% legit and such. The thing is, to list an item there, you have to trade it to one of their bots. Which will not give you anything for your item. What happens after that, I don't know, but at that point, the trade is a scam for me.

Basically they make you "put your item up to sale" by trading it to a bot. And then it's gone.
They will refuse any way to trade via trade offer or anything. Also, they say that their account is just their secondary so they dont trade from that.

Remember, always only trade via steam's trade offer system with another person. Don't believe by giving an item to a bot it's gonna be listed somewhere. Always get the other item(s) you're trading for in the same trade that you're trading your valuable item in.
Now I know y'all are probably smart enough to detect a scam, but I just wanted to tell ya, it happens over and over again.
