I forgot to mention that we also are still looking for active moderators who want to have a more important role in the community when we are actually developed. However, until then, your primary job will be to invite as many people as possible (ImBlack by far has invited the most people so give him a shout-out when you see him ;D). Basically, at this moment, the moderator will only be used for building the community while holding a reputable position on representing the group collectively. We finally hit a huge milestone with CSGDef! A whopping 500 members! This is quite good considering how far we've come and how popular we are on a regular basis on CSGO servers. I'd like to take this moment to thank all the official CSGDef members (the ones who invited their friends and sport the clan tag) for being loyal to the group. Sadly I am not progressing as fast as I would like on getting an actual community and server list going but it isnt out of mind. We appreciate everyone's support and hope you will continue to support us for many days to come! Have fun CSGOing and stay true to the Defense!

Long time no see fellow group members!

This is a pretty big announcement. Basically, i've been pretty much riding the whole rent thing by being my family's chauffeur and holding onto some extra chores to pay for my share along with some neighborhood grunt work. Hopefully i can get a job soon so i can hang with the crew and enjoy this game with the group. We've grown significantly since the last time i posted and to me, it is a serious step toward my goal. At over 330 members, we are a proud, strong, and steadly getting toward being more known. Thanks for being apart of it, but dont worry, the journey has yet to end.


Because we have so many people we are able to be more flexible with what we can do. Im going to hire 5 new moderators to manage my plans and the "advertisement" of this group. A thread will be opened for applications. I will hire one moderator per 60 persons so if your application is pending, then it might benefit you to try and get more people to the group!


Everything i've said in the past about raffles, servers, website, blah blah, is STILL a pending process. There has been of course complications on my end so some have been delayed more than others. However, i have come up with some not so much new but different ideas than what I had originally expected. Since we are such a large group i feel that we can start using this group as a trading hub for CSGO. I will create a thread for posting what you have and what you want along with a thread for paypal payments. Ideally, our group will grow rep and you can use me and later on the group staff, as middle men to finally have a trustable man to trade your counter strike items into real cash or vice versa. Along with that, when i start getting servers going, i will try and set up a team for doing tournaments and what not. There will of course be extensive testing on your skills before you can join but that process is long ahead of us.


CSGDef has a bright future ahead of her. Backed with these new found plans and promise, i feel that we can turn into hopefully, the next big counter strike group. As always, invite your friends, host the in game clan-tag (Go to your Game Settings in CSGO), and stay true to the defense!

I just basically got kicked out of my house at the age of 17. My parents are making me pay to live in the house now which requires me to get a part time job and manage highschool. Now this isn't anyone's issue but mine however I desperately need you guys manage the invitation of new players to keep this group alive. My internet and cell phone usage will be cut soon so until I can pay the bills, i might be offline. Do know however, the development of the website and servers will not cease. My good friend and trusted developer is taking the project and is working to appease to the group's needs. I would like to thank everybody who has joined this group and invited their friends giving the group life and the attention it deserves. The people who have done that are my heros but I need even more people to follow that path for this group to get to where it needs to be. Hopefully I can get the money to pay the bills and no problems arise. I love everybody who joined and has given me a chance in building a community from scratch. It so far has been a task but I refuse to let the dream die. Thanks everybody, hope to see you guys when this is all over!

We just purchased our domain and first server! Finally this is going in the right direction. Hope to see you guys in the community when its all finished!
