ABOUT Counter-Strike Football League 2011

Each team will play 1 game per week where 6 teams will occupy a 6 week season. There will be 3 divisions with 2 teams per division. The first place team from each division will continue onto the playoffs, which will also include one wildcard team. There will be 2 weeks in the playoffs, rendering 8 weeks in total.

We are rating every position player on a 10 point scale, which consists of four categories. We will then have an online draft where each team roster will consist of 8 players. Each team will have an overall player point cap set at 685 so teams cannot become lobsided.

Transaction Deadlines Revoked

No more trade deadline and no more Free Agent deadline for the regular season.

Once the playoffs begin, no transactions will be allowed.

We had a two-thirds majority and ultimately thought that there is no need for a deadline since commissioners have the ability to allow or deny any transaction they deem faulty. This will also make it easier to get games in, picking up a free agent or making a trade right before a match. Players waived (80 rtg or above) week 5 or after must be approved my commissioners.
