How to Apply:

- Your team must be approved by at least 75% of the member teams.
- Your team must of a recogniseably high skill level.
- Your team must be able to supply evidence of competing at a high level.
- Your team must be a recogniseable brand within competitive sniping
- Your team must be able to be mature. Team history will be taken into account.
- Your team must be active.
- Your team must be ready to accept Clan War challenges.

Rules:
------

1) No Spam

One announcement every two minutes per team.

If a member of your team is reported, it shall be investigated by an appointed admin. If other members of your team is found to have been involved, the team itself shall be penalized.

Equally, if two or more members of your team are found to be in violation, your team shall be penalised.

2) Activity

If your team is not active on a once-per-day basis, it shall recieve a penalty for each day.

3) Announcements are for challenges and searches only.

The only exceptions are the events of A Leaving the group or B Appointing another official representitive for your group.

4) Keep Announcements Formatted

GAME | TEAM | SIZE

Example: MW2 | Striatus | 4v4

5) Event Dates must be agreed upon prior to being set.

So long as two parties agree, the group can be used to set the Event Date for both parties. This may be used in Clan Wars, PCWs and the like but must be specified.

PENALTY POINTS

Any penalty points acculumulated by any means shall be noted next to each team along with the reason. Should FIVE penalty points be accumulated, the team shall be at full risk of being removed from the scrim finder.

Cheating is an automatic five penalty points. This is evidence of the team as a whole allowing for cheaters, rather than the individual themself.

Being caught with a cheater illicits two penalty points.

Penalty points have a decay time of one month.
