hello comrades i saw the newspaper this afternoon in south east asian time zone i have saw devastating risen on the gaming community that geeks and physical losers are growing that mean you gaming is losing you normal state
i reform you in 4 steps

1:put 3 or 4 hours in day time or even 2 if you wake up in afternoon

2:go to outside world talk with people in the playground make friends and you
straight to step 3
3: make a social group no matter they common to you or not you need someone
to talk to keep you mind positive and no what so ever negative in lasted 50 or so years

4: eat many fruit if you don't like em or you have illness to them don't eat em
but banana because is sweet nutritionistic (get it ) and help you poop good





4 signs that you are addictive you habits

1: you games didn't have the game over information

2:you play games nonstop very bad for you body to live longer fulfiled life

3:you performance like math or anything in school or work are gone down
because of you addiction

4: you say its harmless not causing violence you talking about specific people
but we talking about people go violence to their parent for taking off the wifi or hide the console or computers wheres you manners
