A Grounded Milsim group that conscripts Students, Workers and Military personnel alike! Founded in 2016, Charlie Foxtrot Company is more than just another Milsim unit. We're a group of like-minded nerds who enjoy challenging gameplay, realistic missions and the adapted real life tactics, which are the hallmark of hardcore milsim, without the pointless barracks larp, virtual push ups or saluting flags in game.
We don't limit ourselves with simulating a single military or branch. We play as diverse range of well researched military units in different eras, each with their own inhouse campaign. All loadouts being accurate and authentic representations of their real world counterparts. We do this out of respect for the real life units. We use what they used and if they suffered as a result of said equipment, we make do. Playing as SOF Operators gets old quickly, and is overdone. This has lead to an enjoyment of playing as more niche units who have failed to meet the spotlight, such as. Kurdish Peshmerga, Iraqi Armed Forces, Argentinian Conscripts, Ukrainian Volunteer fighters and many others.

CFC is like an online family, we spend a lot of time playing other games together, bullshitting in discord or teamspeak and throwing offensive jokes.
When you're part of us, you're part of a family; in CFC we look after our friends.
Many of our members put a lot of effort in making CFC a better community. Would it be organizing events, creating campaigns, training people or a myriad of other jobs like modding and scripting. We think the effort pays off, as some of our most memorable gaming experiences have happened during our events in Arma 3. You as a member will get just as much out from our community, as you put into it.

When talking about training in CFC. Practicality and adaptability is the key. We don't have two hour theory lessons in virtual classrooms explaining what United States Army or an M4 Carbine is. We use that time on more important things like learning to fight and survive in different combat situations. Every training is done with live ammunition (For f*cks sake this is a video game. *Nobody* is actually going to die if you misfire on the ♥♥♥♥ infront of you)

Successful operations require maturity, teamwork and professionality in CFC. When bullets start flying; jokes stop flying. CFC in combat needs to be fast, violent and efficient! Our operations are tactically very demanding as we fight a thinking and reacting enemy. We enjoy the challenge and indulge in it. As such group, toxic attitudes and bullshittery for fun, in expense of others is simply not tolerated.
