CIV 5 ALL DLC+BNW No Quitter's Group

A little group I'm putting together for people I encounter in public games that are enjoyable to play with. These people must have BNW and all DLC as well as being able to finish off games!

This is for people who DO NOT quit the game because they aren't winning.

This will be so we can host more private games and not have to worry about that as well as being able to find people to fill a spot if something to is arise during a game and someone needs to leave because of real life.
