Team work is expected, as is a swift death to all who dare stop us!

This is a title earned not given so accept this welcome as a true sign of your skill!

The ★ƤØŦĆ★ policy on success and teamwork.

1. Strategy

- Use the mic to openly communicate with the team, ensuring to call out what points are being capped or defended. If no decisions are being made on what point to defend/capture, take the initiative and call something out. If you do not like using TEXT chat or MIC communication for team play, don't bother!

2. Competitive Conduct

- Refrain from over the top outbursts towards other players when provoked. Maintain a positive attitude while in scrimmages. Play with class or don't play at all.

3. Active Practice

- In order for a team to be great, you must practice PRACTICE PRACTICE! It takes time being the best and it's important to play together against each other and ensure you know your strength and weaknesses. We strive to be the best at our game and it doesn't come easy or quick.

4. Communication

- It is highly important to communicate when playing together, stay together and follow someone. If no one is stepping forward, take the initiative and do so! Here at ★ƤØŦĆ★, it is important to be heard and be part of the team!
