'Ello, so unfortunately we, along with apparently dozens of other servers, have been under attack by a huge DDoS attack. We're sorry for the inconvenience and hopefully it'll relent soon enough. It seems to be less frequent now, though.

BuildRP is fixed + Locality server tweaks

'Ello, I'm happy to say that Canadian's Turf BuildRP is fixed and functional on gm_construct again.

And also I tweaked Canadian's Turf Locality, the prices for everything have been drastically lowered (5x), so no more ridiculously high prices. Also XP costs half upon that.
