My recommendations for Steam sale on Dec 1

Here's my recommendations for today's sales.

Important note: Do NOT buy anything that is not on a daily sale unless you really want it right now. They may get deeper discounts in coming days and if not you can just grab them at the end of the sale with the current sale price. Only focus on the daily deals until the end of the sale unless something really picks your interest right now or it is already -75% or higher, it usually won't go deeper than that.

I will do a collected post at the end of the sale for ALL recommendations for games to buy in building/management/strategy genres for you guys so you can better cherry pick the best games and deals.

Don't have time to give detailed reviews today but all of these games are amazing and highly recommend them!
