I know this may not be very game related, but I am a Trekkie, and I think it only seems right to post this. One of the best, most thought-provoking shows, was created by Gene Roddenberry in 1966, called Star Trek. Without iconic actors such as Leonard, we may have never had Star Trek, and all the excellent spinoffs (Star Trek: TNG, Star Trek: DS9, Star Trek: Voyager, Star Trek: Enterprise) and movies. He was such a great actor as he immersed himself into the role of Spock to become him on set, and he was a man of many talents as he led a singing career, and later directed some of the Star Trek movies. But Star Trek was not his only successful work, as he was also in the show Mission: Impossible and Three Men and a Baby. After his lengthy career, he retired, but later came out of retirement, just to star in the new Star Trek films by JJ Abrams. He played the role of "future" Spock. And after a battle with lung disease (COPD), he died at 83 in Los Angeles.
