After a long hiatus we're back to bring you Season 8 of the Dota 2 BEAT Invitational! This online event will feature a $10,000+ USD Prize Pool with crowdfunding through Matcherino

The open qualifiers ran through FACEIT begin on May 13th @ 14:00 EST with the rounds of 256 through 32, and continue the next day on May 14th at 14:00 EST with the rounds of 16 onwards. Round of 16 forward will be played as best of 3 matches. The top 4 teams advance directly into the group stage.

The $100 weekly cups return every Saturday at 2pm eastern! Check in begins at 1pm.


The BEAT Invitational Weekly cup is aimed at amateur / semipro teams who wish to eventually make it to professional level tournaments. 64 teams will battle it out for $100 + 25,000 face points. Prize pool is awarded to top 4 in the following manner:

1st - $100 USD + 10,000 FACEIT points
2nd - 7,500 FACEIT points
3rd & 4th - 3,750 FACEIT points

The Northern Arena BEAT Invitational Montreal 2016 will host 8 professional Dota 2 teams who will compete for a total of $100,000 in prizes from November 11-13, 2016. The event will be casted by Moonduck Studios
