Introduction

Welcome to the Roleplay Beasts Server Rules page. Please revisit this page frequently to stay up to date with any modifications. The breaking of the rules on this page may result in being banned from the server.

Basic rules

Basic Rules to apply while playing on the server:
Do not kill on sight, roleplay and motivation are required to kill someone.

When under attack , lethal force for self defense is allowed.

Offline raiding is strictly forbidden and will result into a permanent ban.

Adapt your behavior and appearance to your role (Roleplay roles section for more info)

World and Area chat should always be English.

No offline raiding or griefing.

No Metagaming

Respectful language to eachother.
Roleplay roles

A role on the server is mandatory and should always be present in your name. The roles are not fixed, if you want to play as something else that is perfectly fine but make sure you change your name, behavior and appearance to it. Place your role title surrounded by square brackets in front of your name.

Federal

The federal groups are here to protect and help the civilians and to enforce the law. In some cases , these groups can call each other for aid when they can’t handle a certain situation.

Military

The military role consists of washington’s heavy armed defenders, they are mainly tasked with protecting the military bases from any unauthorized tresspassers to keep military grade weaponry out of civilian or criminal hands.

To carry out the role you must wear a military uniform and have the appropriate title in front of your name.

FBI

The FBI is Washingtons secretive law enforcement with the primary task of investigating grand schemes and organized crime. Investigating is what their purpose is. Only admins can give you a permission to join the FBI.

Example: It appears that restaurant owner Max Hammer secretly has been selling drugs from his establishment. It is up to the FBI to investigate such matters.

Police

The Washington Police Department are law enforcement on the streets, by doing frequent patrols and aiding civilians in need these are the people who make sure crime stays low and people are abiding the law.

You must be wearing the policeman uniform to carry out this role.

Common tasks of a policeman;
Body search for illegal weaponry on citizens.

Helping a civilian in distress.

Stopping a suspicious or modified vehicle.

Confiscating illegal wares or weaponry.
Civilian

The civilians , or commonly known as survivors, are the citizens and working group of PEI's society. These people do not have a predefined title and are free to be any profession you can think of. Here are some frequently used roles:

[Doctor]

Criminal

These people are the biggest threat to the citizens of Washington and should be feared. Also commonly known as Bandits , they are the ones who will mug you for your gear or loot.

A bandit’s purpose is to rob people and get away with precious loot. This will mostly be achieved by holding up people and ordering the victim to give what the bandits want. The bandit is allowed to kill victim is he/she does not comply to the demands. Robbing someone must be done with a microphone and in English.

We encourage bandits to avoid killing when they can, to take what you need and let your victim get away with his life.

You can kill a bandit when see them mugging a person.

!! Bandits need to wear an orange top and bottom to be distinguished from civilians !!

Permitted weaponry according to group

Military

All military grade weapons allowed.

FBI and Police

All civilian grade weaponry allowed. No military weapons allowed with the exception of:
Eaglefire

Timberwolf

Bluntforce

Viper
Civilian

No military grade weapons. Civilians pistol for self defense is allowed. To keep other civilian weapons on you , you need to get a license at the police station. Being in possession of illegal weapons can result in a prison sentence and confiscation of the weapons.

Civilians,Shopkeepers,Taxi Drivers etc.. can only use the "Civilian NVG'S" and Military,police,swat etc.. Can Use the military NVG'S.

!Civilians can Use the Military NVG'S If u get a premission for them!

Bandits

Bandits don’t abide the law and can have various weapons but just like civilians , can have their weapons confiscated by law enforcement when arrested.

Transportation
Police cars are only for the police and FBI.

Ambulance is only for doctors or other medical roles.

Taxi is only for people with a taxi driver role.

A bus is only for people with the bus driver role.

Military vehicles are only for the military.
Driving a vehicle while not having the appropriate role can get you arrested when caught by the police.
