[BCCFS] Bain Can't Cook For Shit

The purpose of this group is:
1) For me to be able to give support, should the mod break in the future.
2) For you to be able to provide feedback on the mod.
3) Joining this group will let me know that I'm doing the right thing; that BCCFS is a mod that people actually like to use, etc.

BCCFS is a Payday 2 LUA mod, that simplifies the cooking process on Rats, Cook Off and Lab Rats by adding a Waypoint and/or sending You (and only You) a chat message with the correct ingredient.

You can customize the display settings at any point:
* Waypoints can be turned on or off
* Chat messages can be disabled
* The colour of the waypoints & chat messages can also be changed

Changes to the settings are immediate. No need to restart the game or reload the session.

Rewrote the mod basically from scratch.
BCCFS will no longer spit out ingredients unless the player has had a chance to hear/read the full dialog from Bain.

Reduced the file size by ~50%
Removed redundancies and unnecessary duplicates. The work is now done in large function, instead of 6 large functions.
The Setup.lua addition should fix some lag issues. In previous versions, the setup was done during the first dialog in the heist. It's now done during loading into a game, like it should.
Added a new way of handling the dialogs, making BCCFS less of a cheat and more utility than anything else. You will no longer see a waypoint/chat message, unless you've actually been able to figure out the ingredient on your own.

I just uploaded BCCFS rev 26 to Paydaymods.

There might be some bugs, but I've spent the last 4 hours working on it and I'm pretty happy with the results.

Crime spree Cook off and Lab rats should now be working.
BCCFS will now shut itself down if it detects a decrease in Bain's brain activity. "Mute Contractor Voices" is unfortunately not compatible with BCCFS at this time.
