Q: How do i gain progress?
A: Come to trainings and events, each training and each event u come to gets u 1 xp point. Also if you are good and diciplent you can recieve extra points. Also doing some extra tech work for the clan.

Q: How do I get promoted?
A:Each time the left number in your xp preogress (<this number>/X) is equal to the right number, u get a promotion. the left number doesnt reset, only the right number becomes larger.
