With vastly expanded Primitive tech for all your survival needs and a lot more incentive to stay alive! Mods have been carefully chosen and tested to fit the Primitive theme for this season, and engrams have been tweaked to match.

We have some interesting mods to play with including the Medieval Structure and Primitive Survival Equipment+ mods that gives lots of primitive style tools, the Dino Aphrodisiac mod that makes breeding dinos a lot more interesting, and the Natural Babies mod that means you can find tamable baby dinos in the wild! (see below for current full mod list).

The Hardcore element to the server is the introduction of the Better Hardcore mod that gives us the option to add a % loss of XP on death, as well as positive XP buffs after death with NO loss of equipment or base. This will bring back a bit more fear to the survival element of the game, after playing for a while it's all got a little bit too easy!

Hey guys all running fine at the moment.. just a reminder to anyone I've not talked to: I'll be away from the 27th of June to the 5th of July with work. I have given access to the server control panel for Ark updates and restarts but mod updates may become an issue. If the server does go offline I will sort it as soon as I return on the 5th so please be patient, I did think about running the updates while I'm away but it would mean taking my gaming PC to Spain.. which isn't too practical sadly! Also there is a scheduled maintenance on the server as detailed below from our server owners:

We are going to be carrying out maintenance to the game panel from midnight 27th June to 5am 27th June (UK Time). During this time the game panel may be inaccessible and your game server may be unable to be managed.

The mod devs for Annunaki recommend deleting your old mod files before going onto the server. To do this you need to delete 1 folder and 1 file as detailed below:

1.) Exit Ark/Steam

2.) Go to: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\ARK\ShooterGame\Content\Mods

3.) Delete 1 folder and 1 .mod file named: 538986229 This will delete the AG mod from your computer and allow you to re-download the mod fresh.

4.) Open Ark, and be patient while AG downloads in the background, it's around 500mb so may take longer than Ark indicates! (sorry I can't be more specific!)

5.) Access the server!

The exciting new server config is now in it's final stage of tweaking and testing and will be going officially live at midnight tonight with some survivors already online getting a bit of a head start ;)

We also have a brand new server that has reduced our startup/restart time down to 2 minutes from 15 and from personal experience doubled my FPS from 30-40 to 70-80!

Here's what we've put together for your survival pleasure..

With the Annunaki Genesis overhaul mod (see below) running on the server it's tricky to give exact multipliers as it changes a lot of the game's setting behind the scenes. The basics we know for sure are:

Server game type: PVE
Max wild dino lvl: 600
Max player lvl: 100
Dino pickup: Off

All these mods are live on the server now, most are old favourites from the last server that we know run well together and give us the best building options and extended gameplay. The one mod to note is the Bush People mod, that is still a little buggy and may well end up being removed. The Steam Punk mod has made it over which is well worth checking out if you haven't already.
