i hate sv_pure,sv_pure 2 is even worst,because then you can't use any skins for your weapons,so,why not get a anti-hack for the server(like SourceMod)sv_pure 1 on valve servers justunlock huds and hitsounds,i want use weapons skins,not use sv_pure anti-cheating,if is anti-cheating,just make a update with anti-cheating detect,like,if a aimbot was used,the game will see forr a modification in the game executable and send to valve support,and VAC BAN

i hate sv_pure because i just downloaded a custom scope that removes all the scope edges making easyer to spot enemys, but i wntered a valve server and instead of a default scope i get something very interesting: in default scope you have a circle shaped viewable area and a black are around it (scope edges) but my viewable are was yellow so i wasnt seeying anything (i text it on another server whit sv_pure off and was the scope i downloaded) look at this: http://cloud-4.steamusercontent.com/ugc/537390328621924309/C8B53625E8C257DFBBA7C8F4AC17BFCBC0E80D3E/

ive never encountered problems with sounds and such, and i use aloada reskins but i think it is a silly idea to go to war with valve, if its for community or custom made servers then that is something to go about, but not fake war, but this is for their servers and its no point putting fake wars with valve and these groups just caus valve sees it's digits (group number) doesnt mean they will change it, its for their servers. and yet its been a long time since the update went by and whatever the remains of this event and fake war are these groups. these groups are its pretty much just small war-with-valve clan groups and its pretty much just a group that wont majorly expand to declare war with valve anyway so its no point to argue with valve.

Thank god for that, I only wanted to use hitsounds and HUDs. But I definately do agree they should remove sv_pure altogether.

Floom, yes, Valve servers have sv_pure 1 on. Except since they didn't customize their whitelists, it's more akin to sv_pure 2. The only thing that I think work are hitsounds and HUDs.
