Almie's Recording Tool for Team Fortress 2

Almie's Recording Tool is a simple application that allows you to temporarily change the configuration of your Team Fortress 2 specificly for recording footage from demos. When you're done recording, the tool automatically restores the configuration to your old one you use to play. What would take hours to do is now done in seconds, thanks to this tool.

- Rewrote configs from scratch
--- Follow instructions in the console, type "showmenu" to refresh menu
--- Fixes the issue of demos not playing for some users

--- Convert tga+wav sequences into a video, can convert multiple sequences
